Loving my new pastels range stationery from Target USA. Thanks to my now regular stationery swap partner from the States! They're all so pretty and lovely!!!
Apart from that Instagram List Challenge, I now have the Instagram 100 Day Project to spend my time on! I have a separate blog just for this - which will also be my download shop for all the art I produce from this project! It's at popmixdesigns.com.
I think everyone and their dog in the Instagram Planner Community knows about the #listersgottalist planner challenge - it's basically 30 days of writing lists from various topics! I wasn't sure whether I wanted to do more things that will prevent me from being productive, but seeing the planner ladies that I follow get so excited and creative about this made me want to join in! The host of this challenge is the Reset Girl - probably one of the first few instagrammers I started following.
Majority who are participating in this are using Traveller's Notebook, but since I don't have one and don't have time to order one online, I decided to just use my latest love - the Kikki K Why Not Planner. I don't have much in the way of scrapbooking materials, either - which a lot of people seem to be using for decorations, so I played around in picmonkey.com instead and came up with my list challenge intro cover. This actually makes me laugh because it's so cheesy! I kept giggling while I was making it up!
My Listers Gotta List photos will be posted in my instagram at catherina.art.
Sometimes, more is best! I wasn't really happy with my original April decorations until I added more washi on top of the plain coloured ones and more stickers! Now, I love this monthly spread. All the graphic design "education" I received from when I went to that Graphics Visual Art School I went to is paying off! ...hehe. Actually, it's probably just being able to combine colours well and having the supplies at hand.
All the lovely stickers and stationery surrounding my planner (except for the bunny pen from Typo and bunny paperclip from Target Australia) came from one of my "planner buddies" - from the Erin Condren Planner Buddies group in Facebook. I now have two awesome (hopefully) regular stationery swap partners from the USA. My planner adventure continues...
